Samatha Ellis
Samantha was awarded a scholarship to the Royal College of Music in 1993, where she studied flute and saxophone. During her time there she was twice winner of the Jane Melber Saxophone Prize, winner of the Clarinet and Saxophone Society Young Soloist Competition and a woodwind finalist in the Royal Over-Seas League.
Since completing a post graduate diploma Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Samantha’s versatility has meant she is in demand, performing in theatres throughout the country and in London’s West End. Outside of the theatre Samantha performs regularly with touring opera companies and various orchestras and ensembles both in the UK and abroad.
